Diversity – Plenty of Penguins These programs are geared toward explaining or creating diverse communities and environments.
Community Service – Polar Bears Care Community service is a large part of the University community! These programs should be about helping create and promote community service organizations and activities.
Residence Hall Resources – Igloo Resources Programming is essential in any Student Staff or RHA position. Residence Hall Resources is the perfect track for programs that are geared towards sharing programs and how to go about creating new programs.
Personal Growth – Do You Want to Build a Snowman? Bettering oneself is a huge part of this Expedition. These programs should be geared for increasing personal growth which can include, but is not limited to, personal awareness, conflict resolution styles, and virtual presence.
Leadership and Team Building – Expedition Leadership Arguably the most important aspect of the conference, this track is meant for programs that discuss leadership and leadership styles as well as programs that can be applied to building a positive team environment.
